Dr. Roshni Delwadia joined Gynecology and Laparoscopic Surgeons in the fall of 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for comprehensive women’s healthcare. Her clinical interests include preconception counseling, menstrual and contraceptive education, hormonal wellness, and the nuanced care of perimenopause and menopause. She values the opportunity to support women at all stages of life with compassion, education, and evidence-based care.
Dr. Delwadia earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology with a focus on leadership from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. During that time, she volunteered extensively at local free clinics and with the American Red Cross, developing a deep appreciation for the physician’s role as both caregiver and community educator.
She went on to receive her medical degree from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she served as Director of the Campbell Community Care Clinic and helped expand it into one of the region’s most impactful free clinics. She was honored with the Prairie State Scholarship by the American Osteopathic Foundation for her long-standing dedication to community wellness.
Dr. Delwadia completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Dearborn, Michigan, where she trained in a culturally diverse setting and developed advanced skills in minimally invasive surgery. She is proud to offer her patients both traditional laparoscopic and robotic surgical options—tailored to meet their unique needs while promoting faster recovery and lower risk of complications.
Before joining the practice, Dr. Delwadia cared for patients throughout Johnston County, where she helped deliver hundreds of babies and supported women through a wide range of complex gynecologic and obstetric needs. She is known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and strong commitment to the communities she serves.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Delwadia enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She is proud to call Raleigh home and looks forward to serving the local community for many years to come.
